Returns & Exchanges Policy

We apologize if your item(s) did not work out for you. Please contact us to begin the returns process. Upon receipt of your return, we'll issue store credit which you can use toward a future purchase.

• Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale, at an event, expo, or any other special event.

• Store credit only. Refunds are issued as electronic gift cards applied to the purchase price only — shipping fees are not included. Gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is mispacked or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

• 7-day return window. You have 7 days from delivery to file a return claim with customer service.

• 10-day return shipment window. Upon approval of your RA#, your return must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days or the RA# will be automatically cancelled.

• Items ordered more than 15 days ago, no longer available for sale, or purchased using store credit from a previous exchange are not eligible for return.

• Replacements are only shipped after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
