How to measure

Use a flexible tape over light clothing. Keep it snug, never tight.

Chest: Around the fullest chest, under your arms. Keep the tape level; breathe normally.
Waist: Around your waist at the intended waistband. Keep the tape level.
Sleeve: From the center back of your neck, over your shoulder to your wrist. Bend your arm slightly.
Inseam: On well-fitting pants, measure the inside crotch seam down to the hem.
